Ex-Air Chief, Jacob Adigun Alleged Of 21.4bn Fraud, Court Orders The Forfeiture Of His Landed Properties

Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court in Lagos gave the order for the temporary forfeiture of 12 landed properties linked to a former Director of Finance at the Nigerian Air Force, Air Vice-Marshal Jacob Adigun on Friday following an ex parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The Counsel for EFCC, Rotimi Oyedepo, told the court that the property we're reasonably suspected to be proceeds of a N21.4bn fraud allegedly executed by Adigun alongside Air Commodore Olugbaenga Gbadebo and a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosi (retd.).

The accused was alleged to have planned to convert the funds belonging to the Nigeria Air Force, to their personal use.
